VisaFlo allows you to add internal comments to a client’s questionnaire for better collaboration and case management. Follow these steps to provide feedback or request additional information.

Step 1: Scroll to the question or section where you want to leave a comment.

Step 2: Click on the Add Note button next to the field.

Step 3: Type in your comment and press Enter key

Step 4: Your client will receive a notification through email!

Internal review notes before publishing

  • Clarify the difference between internal comments, client-facing notes, and review/change requests.
  • Add screenshots showing what the client sees after a comment or requested change.
  • Add a note on when clients receive email notifications.
