VisaFlo file tools help you collect, upload, organize, merge, compress, rename, and download documents for a case.

Common file tasks

• Upload client documents.
• Download generated forms.
• Merge multiple files into one PDF.
• Compress large files.
• Rename files.
• Review folders such as service agreements or generated forms.

Document upload requests

Use the questionnaire or document checklist to request files from clients. If you need a custom document, add a custom upload request where supported.

Merging and editing PDFs

Merging and compression can help prepare documents for portal upload. If you need to delete pages from a merged PDF and VisaFlo does not support page deletion, download the file and edit it externally.

IMM PDF note

Some IMM PDFs use XFA formatting and may have limitations compared with regular PDFs.

When to contact support

Contact support if upload slots are missing, a file will not open, generated forms do not save to the case, or a document limit blocks the client.
