Send Invitation

VisaFloallows you to send secure questionnaire invitations to clients, making it easy to collect required information for their visa applications. Follow these steps to send an invitation successfully.

Step 1: Navigate to the Case

• Click on Cases from the dashboard.

• Select the specific case for which you need to send a questionnaire.

Step 2: Send the Invitation

• Click Invite to send the questionnaire link to the client.

• The client will receive an email with a secure link to complete the form.

• The status of the invitation will be updated in the Forms tab.

Internal review notes before publishing

• Add a short troubleshooting section for clients who did not receive the invite email.
• Explain where users can verify whether an invitation was sent, if available.
• Link to the email/domain setup article for sender configuration and delivery issues.
• Explain whether the invite link can be copied manually.
