Custom Lead Form

Embed your VisaFlo Form on your website to instantly capture leads and schedule meetings.

Configure Form

• ClickConfigure Form button on the Leads page.

1. Click Configure New Form button

1. Add the questions you wish to ask your leads in the Form Fields tab.

1. Change form styles or after submission workflow in Form Settings and After Submission tab

Embed the form

• Click “Collect Leads“ button on the Leads page. Then, copy the code and embed directly on your website

View Data

• New leads will be automatically added to the Leads table when the form is filled out.

• Click the new lead and you will be able to see the form data!

(Schedule Meetings with Calendly)

• You can also directly ask your new lead to schedule a meeting with you using your Calendly!
