Data and privacy

VisaFlo stores client and case data in cloud infrastructure and uses security controls to protect access. For formal due diligence, ask support for the latest security and data-processing information.

Portal credentials

VisaFlo does not need to collect your IRCC portal password. You log in to the government portal yourself, then use the extension or workflow after login.

Team permissions

Use member settings to invite staff and control access. Review permissions carefully for:

• Case access.
• Client access.
• Billing access.
• File access.
• Assigned-only vs all-record visibility.

White-label setup

White-label settings can customize branding, sender identity, and client-facing links where supported. DNS and email sender setup may require records at your domain provider.
