VisaFlo support depends on the case type, form type, and portal. Some applications are supported through IMM PDF generation, some through online portal autofill, and some are not currently supported.

Use this article before creating a case if you are unsure which case type to select or whether a specific program can be handled in VisaFlo.

How to choose the right case type

  1. Go to Cases.
  2. Select Add Case.
  3. Choose the visa/application type that best matches the client's application.
  4. Select the relevant subcategory if one is available.
  5. If the exact program is not listed, use the closest generic federal case type only if it captures the required forms and questions.

Common questions

I selected Permanent Residence generic but my client is Express Entry. Can I change it?

If the case type is wrong, the safest workflow is usually to create a new case with the correct case type and import or copy available information from the old case where possible. Review all fields after moving data.

Do you support non-Express Entry PR?

If the application is filed through the Representative PR Portal and VisaFlo supports that workflow, yes. If it is a provincial-only workflow or a portal not supported by VisaFlo, check with support first.

Do you support PNP?

VisaFlo may support the federal PR stage that follows a PNP nomination when filed through a supported IRCC portal. Provincial portal workflows change frequently and should be confirmed before relying on autofill.

When to ask support

Ask support before creating the case if:

  • The exact case type is not listed.
  • The application uses a provincial portal.
  • The client has a rare or urgent application.
  • You need online autofill for a portal not listed in the docs.
