Troubleshooting page errors, freezes, slow loading, and failed actions

Overview

Use this article when a VisaFlo page freezes, a button does not respond, a file does not open, or an action keeps processing without completing.

First checks

  1. Refresh the page.
  2. Confirm your internet connection is stable.
  3. Try Chrome if you are using another browser.
  4. Update Chrome.
  5. Disable browser extensions that could interfere with forms or autofill.
  6. Log out and back in.
  7. Try the same action in an incognito window.

If a case page freezes

Record:

  • Case ID or client name.
  • The tab or section where it freezes.
  • The action immediately before the freeze.
  • Whether it happens on one case or multiple cases.
  • Browser and operating system.

Client reports suggest long edit histories or large sections can sometimes contribute to freezing. Support may be able to investigate or reset case-specific data if needed.

If a download or file does not open

Check:

  • Whether popups/downloads are blocked.
  • Whether the file appears in the Files tab.
  • Whether the issue affects one file or all files.
  • Whether the browser downloaded a blocked or incomplete file.

What to send support

Send the case ID, page URL, screenshot, screen recording if possible, browser version, and exact steps to reproduce.
